When a part is not listed, or you need a whole bill of materials quoted at once, send us the BOM as it is. A part number, manufacturer and quantity on each line are enough to start; date code requirements, packaging and approved alternatives help us narrow the search.
A person checks every line against our three stock sources: factory surplus, manufacturer and distributor channels, and distribution stock. The parts we can supply are quoted together in US dollars, by lot and quantity. Shortage and end-of-life lines are sourced across channels, and we tell you what we found, or that a part could not be found.

Sell your excess component inventory
Manufacturers, contract manufacturers and distributors often hold components left over from changed orders, over-purchasing or products that reached end of life. If you hold excess or obsolete electronic components, send us the list. We review it part by part and reply by email if there is a fit.
You set a floor price. When we find a buyer, we sell above your floor price — our margin is the difference, and we charge you no fees. Goods ship directly from your location to the buyer; nothing needs to be imported into China.
Your company name, contacts, costs and internal part numbers are never shown on a listing. Buyers see the part only, and buyers and sellers do not see each other before a deal.
Sell excess electronic componentsHow buying through StockWake works
Most of our stock is factory surplus — original-manufacturer parts that electronics manufacturers bought and never used. Distribution stock supplements hard-to-find and end-of-life parts. All parts are original, not refurbished or recycled.
- Search by part number. Each listing shows the brand, date code where known, quantity, source type and the date it was last updated.
- Build a quote list. Add several parts, or request a quote for a single lot. We ask only for your email address and country.
- Quoted per inquiry, in USD. The quotation states the lead time, shipping cost and the documents that apply.
- 100% in advance — T/T or PayPal. DHL / FedEx / UPS, or your own courier account.
- 30-day returns for non-conforming parts. Optional third-party testing is available before shipment.
Trade terms and quality checks
Every listing states where the lot came from, its date code (where known), quantity and the date it was last updated. Packaging and storage details are shown when we have them on record, and left out when we don’t.
Factory surplusParts that manufacturers bought for production and never used. Most of our stock.
Distribution stockStock held by distribution partners, used to fill shortage and end-of-life gaps.
Plain fact: “Testing available” does not mean “tested”. We never mark a test as done when it was not, or information as verified when it was not.
How we work: StockWake is an independent distributor, not an authorized distributor for the brands we list. We set the price, issue the quotation and collect payment; the parts ship from where they are stored.
Quoted per inquiry, in USDPrices are not listed on the site. Send us the part numbers and quantities you need and we will email you a quotation in US dollars, including lead time and shipping cost. Quotations are valid for 7 days, subject to prior sale.
100% in advance — T/T or PayPalPayment is 100% in advance, by bank wire transfer (T/T) or PayPal. PayPal fees are paid by the buyer. Goods ship once payment is received. We do not offer credit terms.
30-day returns for non-conforming partsIf parts are wrong, counterfeit or damaged, tell us within 30 days of delivery. We refund the parts and pay the return shipping.
Optional third-party testingYou may ask for an independent third-party lab test before shipment. The testing fee is paid by the buyer.
