Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

This policy explains how StockWake (stockwake.com), operated by Suzhou Huoku Information Technology Co., Ltd., China, handles your information.

What we collect

Information you enter when you send a request for quotation or upload a list: your name, company name, email address, phone number, country or region, your message, and the BOM or parts list files you upload. To keep the website secure and improve our service, our servers also record your IP address, browser type and the keywords you search for, and we store one random visitor ID in a cookie in your browser. This cookie contains no personal information. If you send a request or a list, the part numbers searched from the same browser in the previous 30 days are linked to that request, so our team can understand what you need. Visits without a request remain anonymous records.

Part numbers that cannot be found on the website, and parts you ask us to look for, may appear on our Parts Wanted list as "a buyer is looking for this", to help companies that hold the parts find the demand. Parts Wanted shows only the part number, brand and approximate month. It never shows who searched or asked, the quantity, or any contact details.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your inquiries, prepare quotations and arrange deals, to check export control compliance (this is why we ask for your country or region), and to improve the website (for example, search statistics). Surplus lists are used only to value and match the parts. When parts are listed, the seller's name, cost and internal part numbers are never shown.

What we don't do

We do not sell your contact details or share them with unrelated third parties. We do not publish the original lists you upload. Buyer and seller details are kept separate and are not shared with each other before a deal.

Where your data is stored

Your information is stored on servers located in the People's Republic of China. By submitting information through the website, you understand that it will be transferred to and stored in China.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your information. To do so, reply to any email you have received from us, or send a request through our inquiry form.
