StockWake (stockwake.com) is operated by Suzhou Huoku Information Technology Co., Ltd., China ("StockWake", "we", "us"). The website lists electronic components in stock, accepts requests for quotation (RFQ) and BOM sourcing requests, and lets companies submit surplus inventory for sale. By using the website you agree to these terms.
Information on the website is not an offer
Stock quantities shown on the website change over time and are for reference only. Part listings are not an offer to sell. The available quantity, price and lead time are confirmed only in our written quotation and in the order terms agreed in writing by both parties.
Quotations
Prices are not listed on the website. Each inquiry is quoted individually in US dollars, and quotations are sent by email.
Trade terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following terms apply to orders placed with us:
- Quoted per inquiry, in USD
- Prices are not listed on the site. Send us the part numbers and quantities you need and we will email you a quotation in US dollars, including lead time and shipping cost.
- 100% T/T in advance
- Payment is 100% by bank wire transfer (T/T) before shipment. Goods ship once payment is received.
- DHL / FedEx / UPS, or your own courier account
- By default we ship by DHL, FedEx or UPS and list the freight separately on the quotation. You can also give us your own courier account and ship freight collect.
- 30-day returns for non-conforming parts
- If parts are wrong, counterfeit or damaged, tell us within 30 days of delivery. We refund the parts and pay the return shipping.
- Optional third-party testing
- You may ask for an independent third-party lab test before shipment. The testing fee is paid by the buyer.
- Export control compliance
- We do not accept orders from sanctioned countries and regions. Before quoting, we may ask about the end use and end user of the parts.
Product quality
Part quality is judged by the inspection method agreed by both parties. We support original packaging checks, lot inspection and third-party testing. The fact that testing is available does not mean that a part has been tested.
Export control and sanctions
We comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws. We do not accept inquiries or orders from sanctioned countries and regions, and before quoting we may ask about the end use and end user of the parts. We may decline any inquiry or order that we cannot confirm complies with these laws. You agree to provide accurate end-use and end-user information when asked, and not to export, re-export or transfer parts bought from us in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws.
Seller confidentiality
For parts listed on behalf of sellers, we show only information about the parts. Seller company names, contacts, costs, internal part numbers and original list files are not shown on the website. Buyer and seller details are kept separate and are not shared with each other before a deal.
Your obligations
You must make sure that the contact details and lists you submit are true and lawful, and you must not use the website for any unlawful purpose. You must not use crawlers, scrapers or other automated means to collect data from the website in bulk.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from the use of this website shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction at the location of the website operator (Suzhou, China).
