About StockWake

StockWake is an online marketplace for surplus and hard-to-find electronic components. It is operated by Suzhou Huoku Information Technology Co., Ltd., based in Suzhou, China.

Electronics manufacturers often hold components they no longer need — left over from changed orders, over-purchasing or products that reached end of life. These parts tie up warehouse space and cash. We list them with the seller's identity removed, so buyers who need them can find them.

Where our stock comes from

Most of our stock is factory surplus — original-manufacturer parts that electronics manufacturers bought and never used. Distribution stock supplements hard-to-find and end-of-life parts. All parts are original, not refurbished or recycled.

How buying works

SearchLook up part numbers (MPN) in our stock. Listings show the brand, date code (where known), quantity and category.
Request a quoteAdd parts to your quote list and send an RFQ, or upload your BOM for sourcing. No account is needed.
Get a USD quotationWe email you a quotation in US dollars, including lead time and shipping cost.
Pay by T/TPayment is 100% by bank wire transfer (T/T) before shipment.
ShipOnce payment is received, we ship by DHL, FedEx or UPS, or on your own courier account.

Trade terms

Quoted per inquiry, in USDPrices are not listed on the site. Send us the part numbers and quantities you need and we will email you a quotation in US dollars, including lead time and shipping cost.

100% T/T in advancePayment is 100% by bank wire transfer (T/T) before shipment. Goods ship once payment is received.

DHL / FedEx / UPS, or your own courier accountBy default we ship by DHL, FedEx or UPS and list the freight separately on the quotation. You can also give us your own courier account and ship freight collect.

30-day returns for non-conforming partsIf parts are wrong, counterfeit or damaged, tell us within 30 days of delivery. We refund the parts and pay the return shipping.

Optional third-party testingYou may ask for an independent third-party lab test before shipment. The testing fee is paid by the buyer.

Export control complianceWe do not accept orders from sanctioned countries and regions. Before quoting, we may ask about the end use and end user of the parts.

Quality and confidentiality

How we check parts

List reviewWe check part number, lot and packaging line by line and keep only parts with real market value.
Original packaging checkOriginal manufacturer packaging, label and lot information, and storage conditions are verified and recorded.
Outgoing inspectionParts are visually inspected by category before shipment, with traceable records.
Optional third-party testingYou may ask for an independent lab test before shipment. The testing fee is paid by the buyer.

"Testing available" does not mean "tested". We never mark a test as done when it has not been done, or mark unconfirmed information as verified.

What we show and what we don't

Shown on the site: Part number, description, brand, date code (DC), quantity, category, stock type and last update date
Never shown: The seller's company name, contacts, cost or target price, internal part numbers, original list files, and any labels or photos that could identify the seller
Buyers and sellers: Buyer and seller details are kept separate and are not shared with each other before a deal
