  4. Sourcing for gapsFor shortage and EOL parts we source across channels and update you by email.
  5. Pay and shipPayment is 100% in advance, by T/T or PayPal. We ship by DHL, FedEx or UPS, or on your own courier account.

Prices are not listed on the site. Send us the part numbers and quantities you need and we will email you a quotation in US dollars, including lead time and shipping cost. Quotations are valid for 7 days, subject to prior sale.

100% in advance — T/T or PayPal

Payment is 100% in advance, by bank wire transfer (T/T) or PayPal. PayPal fees are paid by the buyer. Goods ship once payment is received. We do not offer credit terms.

30-day returns for non-conforming parts

If parts are wrong, counterfeit or damaged, tell us within 30 days of delivery. We refund the parts and pay the return shipping.

Optional third-party testing

You may ask for an independent third-party lab test before shipment. The testing fee is paid by the buyer.

Sourcing questions

Often, yes. Send the full part number, brand and quantity. We check our stock first, then source across channels, and tell you what we found, including the date code. Not every obsolete part can be found, and we will tell you when we cannot.
