- Line-by-line checkWe check brand, date code and quantity for each part against our three stock sources.
- One quotationWe quote the parts we can supply in USD, by lot and quantity. Partial shipments are possible.
- Sourcing for gapsFor shortage and EOL parts we source across channels and update you by email.
- Pay and shipPayment is 100% by bank wire transfer (T/T) before shipment. Goods ship once payment is received. By default we ship by DHL, FedEx or UPS and list the freight separately on the quotation. You can also give us your own courier account and ship freight collect.

Most of our stock is factory surplus — original-manufacturer parts that electronics manufacturers bought and never used. Distribution stock supplements hard-to-find and end-of-life parts. All parts are original, not refurbished or recycled.
Buying terms
Payment, shipping and returns — in writing
- Quoted per inquiry, in USDPrices are not listed on the site. Send us the part numbers and quantities you need and we will email you a quotation in US dollars, including lead time and shipping cost.
- 100% T/T in advancePayment is 100% by bank wire transfer (T/T) before shipment. Goods ship once payment is received.
- DHL / FedEx / UPS, or your own courier accountBy default we ship by DHL, FedEx or UPS and list the freight separately on the quotation. You can also give us your own courier account and ship freight collect.
- 30-day returns for non-conforming partsIf parts are wrong, counterfeit or damaged, tell us within 30 days of delivery. We refund the parts and pay the return shipping.
- Optional third-party testingYou may ask for an independent third-party lab test before shipment. The testing fee is paid by the buyer.
- Export control complianceWe do not accept orders from sanctioned countries and regions. Before quoting, we may ask about the end use and end user of the parts.

- What happens after I upload my BOM?
- We check each line against our stock and email you a quotation in USD for the parts we can supply. For shortage and EOL parts we source across channels and update you by email.
- Does my BOM need a specific format?
- No. Upload your original Excel / CSV file — part number, brand and quantity are enough. No file? Paste the list instead.
- What are the payment and shipping terms?

- What if the parts are not as described?
